Guido has 28 years of experience listing and selling residential real estate.  Over the years, Guido has earned many sales achievement awards and has received recognition from his peers for his integrity and professionalism.  Since 1982, Guido has helped over a thousand families purchase and sell real estate.  Throughout his career, he has taken pride in offering his clients world class service beyond their expectations.  He prides himself on obtaining a large amount of referral business.

Among the list of Guido's satisfied clients are several of the nation's largest mortgage lenders.  Guido works with these lenders to minimize their losses by helping borrowers modify their loans, negotiate short sales, or find other solutions.  If all else fails, the lenders hire Guido to sell their Bank Owned REO Foreclosures.  Asset manager references are available.

In a continuing effort to better serve his clients, Guido has completed several professional designations from the National Association of Realtors.  Guido realizes the importance of the internet in todays real estate business and has completed specialized computer training to become e-Pro Certified (ePro) with the National Association of Realtors.  Only 1% of the nation's Realtors have completed the necessary education to become e-Pro Certified.

In his personal life, Guido has many interests, but above all, he's an avid bicyclist..  Following his passion, he and his wife, Linda, owned and operated a large bicycle shop for 8 years.  In his spare time, you will see Guido riding on the road or on the trails.  In addition, they also love to hike the areas many wonderful trails and enjoy spending quality time together at their Redlands home.
